Toby has worked in the finance industry for the past 30 years, spending 13 years working as a branch manager for CBA and eventually stepping into the world of Mortgage Broking. Toby started his business under Loan Market in September 2007 and has loved watching its incredible growth and success over the years, especially becoming part of the Loan Market Chairman's club for the last four consecutive years, cherishing each milestone along the way. Outside of work, Toby is a very keen traveller and a huge sports fan.

Chris has enjoyed a long and varied career in industries such as teaching, professional sport, health and fitness and government. However, after making the switch to Mortgage Broking he has found his knack and never looked back! Chris is especially passionate about guiding first home buyers through the process and helping them enter the property market. Away from the office, Chris loves his sport (especially the mighty Melbourne Storm), heading to the cinema to watch the latest blockbuster film, and spending time with his Wife and Son.

Sam brings nearly a decade of extensive expertise in banking and finance to the table. His professional journey has taken him across major lenders, the mutual space, and specialised lending realms throughout Victoria and New South Wales. Armed with an impressive educational background, Sam has completed his Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, Diploma in Finance Broking, and an MBA with a specialisation in corporate finance. Beyond the financial world, Sam finds joy in the culinary arts, relishing the creativity of cooking. An avid sports enthusiast, he revels in the adrenaline of various sports activities. However, his favourite moments are spent with his cherished wife and beloved dog.

Lyndel started her career in finance in 2017 and has been with Loan Market from the very beginning, initially serving as a Customer Service Manager before transitioning into a Credit Analyst role. Having discovered her passion for the industry, Lyndel took the leap of faith to become a successful Mortgage Broker, finding complete joy and satisfaction in helping people achieve their financial goals. Her dedication and exceptional performance were recognised when she won the Rising Star award at Loan Market's Hamilton Island Scale Up Conference in 2023.

Jake kickstarted his career in marketing and sales within the health industry, transitioning later into financial planning for a solid two years. It was during this phase that he stumbled upon the world of mortgage broking, and since then, he's never looked back. Beyond the professional realm, Jake's a sports enthusiast, passionate about both watching and playing football. On weekends, catching him running a lap around Albert Lake wouldn't be a surprise—he's all about staying active and embracing the outdoors.

Before stepping into Mortgage Broking, Alex accumulated valuable experience at major banks such as ANZ and NAB. This tenure granted him a profound understanding of housing and investment finance, along with insights into diverse lenders' approval processes and interest rate strategies. Outside of work, you'll find Alex diving into his love for football, both on and off the field. When not on the field, he's cheering passionately for his favorite teams and their matches, especially for the Blues at the MCG. Known for his love of laughter, he infuses humor into the workplace, ensuring there's never a dull moment.

Connor started his career in the finance industry at the tender age of 19 as a Junior Broker under the guidance of Managing Director Toby Edmunds. After gaining extensive experience, Connor chose to forge his own path as a Mortgage Broker, where his knowledge and expertise have truly shone through. He manages a diversified portfolio, including both asset and residential loans. In his spare time, Connor enjoys playing basketball and football, watching sports—particularly the NBA—and catching up with mates.

With over 10 years of experience in finance, Jack's journey began as a Financial Planner before venturing into Mortgage Broking, honing his skill to prioritize clients and their needs above all else. Outside the confines of work, Jack embodies the spirit of adventure, a well-travelled soul who savors exploring new destinations alongside his wife, Georgia. A true sports buff, he finds joy in spectating various sports, immersing himself in the thrill of the game.

Leigh first started working in finance 7 years ago at a local Credit Union in Adelaide. Fast forward a couple of years, Leigh moved to Melbourne to continue his career working for two Banks before joining the Loan Market team at the start of 2022. Working as a Mortgage Broker gives Leigh the opportunity to continue his long-term relationship with his clients and the ability to offer solutions as their circumstances change in the future and beyond. Outside of the office, Leigh loves an afternoon at the beach or a long lunch with friends with a few bottles of pinot

Bringing over a decade of extensive finance expertise in mortgage broking and banking, Lucy embarked on her career journey at NAB as a business banker. Transitioning to Razor as a Credit Analyst under Toby, Lucy set her sights on a future as a self-employed mortgage broker. Lucy's secret sauce in excelling at her job? It's her genuine honesty, unwavering trustworthiness, kind-hearted nature, and 'let's make it happen' attitude. Outside of work, Lucy finds immense joy in the company of her cherished family—Alex, Stevie, and Charlie. She also loves a good sunset, often accompanied by Coldplay!

With six years of experience as a sales consultant in Canberra and a history of facilitating over 200 transactions, Harry has a deep understanding of the property market. Dave started his finance career in Business Banking at NAB and spent 7 years there before making the move to Loan Market as a Credit Analyst. His extensive knowledge and experience in the industry has made an impressively positive contribution to the team and our clients! In the future, Dave hopes to start his own career as a Mortgage Broker or possibly step into the Commercial Broking world. Outside the office, we have a thrillseeker on our hands with a passion for snowboarding and mountain biking!

Jay spent the beginning of his full time working career as a Team Leader in Health Insurance and made the switch over to finance after a few years, specialising in personal loans prior to starting with us at Loan Market. Since joining our family and switching to a home loan specialty, Jay began his journey as a CSM and then advanced his skills to a Credit Analyst role under Toby's team where he is making an outstanding contribution. Away from the office, Jay enjoys music, loves to play and watch Football and socialise with friends.

Reuben is a member of Toby's team of Credit Analysts at Loan Market Razor. He is passionate about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, which is the perfect trait for our team members to have. Reuben brings a fresh perspective and a dedication to learning and growth. With his enthusiasm and eagerness to help clients, he has quickly found his place among the team. Reuben is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and is always eager to learn more. In his free time, Reuben enjoys participating in various sports and spending time with his friends.

With a degree in Sport Management and over 5 years of diverse work experience, Jake brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role. Known for his trustworthiness, reliability, and confidentiality, Jake is committed to balancing his professional and personal life with integrity and care. Jake discovered his passion for the finance industry during his own purchase journey. The experience of working with a broker made his life significantly easier by guiding him through the complexities of the process. Inspired by this, Jake thought, "Everyone needs a broker!" Outside of work, Jake is a coffee enthusiast who enjoys trail running with friends and passionately supports his beloved Carlton Football Club.

Nadia began her career in Real Estate, where she was involved in business development before transitioning to Loan Market Razor. Initially taking care of Managing Director Toby Edmunds' clients and loan applications, Nadia stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer in January 2023. In her current position, she oversees all operations, marketing, events, and HR, with a strong focus on process improvements and consulting on sales decisions. As a local resident, Nadia enjoys visiting the markets and spending time at the beach with her dachshund, Bean.

Georgia began her working career in Real Estate Property Management administrative roles. However, since being given the opportunity to branch out into finance with the Razor Finance team, she has had no regrets in making the move. Georgia holds the fort for our brokers Chris, Lyndel, Alex and Sam, ensuring our clients are at ease throughout the loan process and kept in the loop the entire way. Away from the office, Georgia loves to spend quality time with her friends, being around music and travelling to new places.

Annie brings experience from the Events & Marketing space, holding a degree in Business Marketing. She embarked on her career with the Loan Market Razor Family in 2022, initially managing Toby Edmund's clients. Over time, Annie has grown within the business, resulting in her promotion to Business Development Manager in November 2024. In her role as Razor's BDM, Annie is dedicated to nurturing and expanding relationships with clients and referral partners, while also overseeing Events & Marketing alongside Nadia. Beyond her professional life, Annie enjoys creating artwork, exploring new places, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Adam is professional and trustworthy and will support you from start to finish through your application process. He enjoys providing the highest quality of customer service to all of his clients and will go above and beyond to get your loan approved quickly and efficiently. You will never be left wondering as he will always provide you with continuous updates and reassurance. Adam has a background in Banking which led him into the Mortgage Broking industry and he hasn't looked back since. Adam enjoys watching the AFL, live music and spending quality time with his cats.

Stella began her career with Loan Market as a Loan Writer and Customer Service Manager (CSM) in New Zealand in 2019. After five years of dedicated service, she moved to Melbourne in early 2024 and joined Razor to continue her CSM journey. Stella is known for her dedication, hard work, and positive attitude, always striving to provide the best service to her clients. Outside of work, Stella enjoys spending time with friends and family, going for walks, Pilates and staying active. Her commitment to both her professional and personal life is a testament to her well-rounded and enthusiastic approach to everything she does.

Gela's professional journey has been a diverse and customer-centric one, spanning various roles in the Customer Service industry. From Technical Support to Fraud Analyst positions, she's navigated through roles centered on customer care and support. Presently, as the Operations Manager for our Data Entry team in the Philippines, Gela orchestrates seamless operations and prioritises top-notch client experiences. Beyond the office, Gela's world revolves around her adorable young son, dedicating most of her time to his care and happiness. Her heart beats for helping others, reflecting her passion for making a positive difference in people's lives beyond the realms of work.

Tristan has always enjoyed working in client services so making the switch from Call Centre support to our Data Entry support team was the perfect move for him! Tristan is responsible for liaising with our Clients at the beginning of their application process and gathering the documents necessary to ensure a smooth experience with the Lender and their CSM. Outside of work, Tristan loves to ride his motorcycle and go on all kinds of adventures.

Prior to finding her place with our Data Entry Team, Sam enjoyed working as an Airline Associate - however since joining us, she has had no regrets! Being part of the Data Entry team means she is responsible for liaising with our Clients at the beginning of their application process and gathering the documents necessary to ensure a smooth experience with the Lender and their CSM. Away from the office, Sam runs a business selling Health & Beauty products - we love a hard-working woman!

At the young age of 19, Jeenn embarked on her professional journey, delving into the realms of customer service within a call center and the banking industry before finding her place at Loan Market Razor. Her diverse experience has been a stepping stone towards her current role. Known for her kindness and patience, Jeenn approaches both work and life with a compassionate and understanding demeanor. Beyond the confines of her work, Jeenn finds solace and excitement in the world of literature, engrossing herself in the pages of captivating books. Volleyball serves as not only a sport but a passion, both in the joy of playing and the excitement of watching.

Joan has always worked in the customer service industry so it's no doubt that she was a great fit for our Data Entry support team! Joan is responsible for assisting our clients by gathering the documents necessary to submit their home loan applications, ensuring their experience with the Lender and CSM is as seamless as possible. Outside of work, Joan loves to read interesting information and articles about stars and astrology.

Yasmin is a Client Service Manager at Loan Market Razor, bringing over three and a half years of experience from her background in commercial mortgages. With a strong understanding of the industry, she holds qualifications including Financial Services, Regulations, and Ethics (CF1), a Level 3 Financial Services Administrator certification, and the Certificate in Business Banking (CertBB) from the London Institute of Banking and Finance. Yasmin is responsible for supporting our brokers, building close working relationships with clients, lenders, and solicitors, and assisting with progressing loans to completion. She is dedicated to providing outstanding service to clients at Loan Market Razor, ensuring their mortgage journey is seamless and stress-free every step of the way. Outside of work, she has a passion for long-distance running, enjoys attending live music events with friends, and loves spending quality time with her family.
