About your local team at Loan Market Razor

At our core, our ten mortgage brokers, financial planner and twelve support staff have one goal - to help our clients realise their dreams and aspirations of home ownership and financial freedom.

Buying property and planning your financial future can be a big task. Our team of educated, experienced and highly motivated finance professionals are focused solely on making your experience as worry-free as possible. We take away the stress so you can concentrate on enjoying the journey.

Founded in 2007, our Loan Market Razor office has helped many clients from right across Australia to own their own homes, expand their investment portfolios, alleviate the pressures of debt and set themselves up for a future of financial security and prosperity.

Toby Edmunds, the founder and Managing Director, has won countless awards and is firmly entrenched in Mortgage Professional Australia Magazine's Top 100 brokers list. He has also been regularly recognised by Loan Market head office with Platinum Elite and Chairman's Club status. All of the brokers and support staff in our office have exceptional reputations within the industry, led by one of the best in the business, so you can have peace of mind that you're being served and represented by finance professionals of the highest standard.

Community Engagement

Loan Market Razor has deep roots in the local community and supports many charities across a wide range of worthy causes. Among our many initiatives, we sponsor the Hodges Mentone Community Easter Egg Hunt, where local children search for eggs on the beach, meet and have their photos taken with the Easter Bunny, and enjoy plenty of kids' activities. All proceeds from donations and food sales are given to local charities and community initiatives.

Every month the office donates money to a charity as chosen by a member of staff. Charities that have benefitted to date include MS Australia, the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Dementia Australia, Leukaemia Foundation and Wounded Heroes. In addition to our charity initiatives, we also support local sport, especially the Red Hill Football Club. Our past and present commitments include player and club sponsorship, and financial support of events and fundraising enterprises.
