Shilo started her career in retail banking over a decade ago, and ultimately became a Big 4 Branch manager who led her team to award winning success. Not content with kicking goals in just one part of finance, Shilo moved to broking where her razor-sharp intellect could provide a more specialised service to her clients. She loves working in all types of residential lending from first home buyers to seasoned investors expanding their portfolio. Her success comes from understanding that every customer interaction is novel, and requires a build from the ground up approach to maximise the best possible outcomes.

Shilo is a mother of two beautiful girls, and takes setting an example of kindness and hard work really seriously. She travelled Europe and Asia extensively in her twenties, and has developed a love for fashion and art (it’s a continental thing; you really have to travel to get it, you know?). She’s also a brilliant dessert cook, so after realising your property dreams with her feel free to ask about nailing your creme brulee.

Having built his career from the ground up—moving from front-line customer service to thriving as a Senior Lending Specialist—he truly has seen it all when it comes to navigating the banks.
