I have completed a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) (Hons). I have been in the finance and broking industry for 10 years as a Relationship Manager where I am managing the front to end process of loan applications. I am proud to say that I have transitioned now to become a Finance Broker and is still part of Rheuben's team.

Why did you choose to become a finance broker?
It’s rewarding to be able to assist clients with achieving their financial goals. I am happy to give the right advice and understanding them so I can help them on making the right decisions.
Why should someone choose you rather than going to a bank?
I understand what’s offered in the market based on clients needs and not limited to what one bank has to offer. My relationship with respective banks and private bankers allows me to offer a more personalised service. I am more accessible than a banker. I build relationship with my clients as opposed to a service provide. My long standing relationship with them helps on achieving their different milestones in life.
What support do you offer your clients?
I listen and understand my clients story. I provide guidance and advice on their mortgage lending needs. I liase with the banks so I can give and offer my clients the best deal making them bank ready too. I simplify the process and support them in every step of their loan journey.
Do you charge a fee for your services?

If you’re going for dinner/breakfast/coffee somewhere in South Melbourne then where are you going?
I love the lifestyle and food in Melbourne. Definitely the coffee too. I'd say Clement Coffee in South Melbourne Market. Baker Bleu is the best bakery. Don't forget Entrecote!
Have you always lived in Melbourne?
No. I was born and grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I moved to Melbourne to complete my studies in 2009.
When you’re not working, what do you spend your time doing?
I do Pilates and salsa dancing. I am also learning Serbian and Spanish.
