Grant has always had a passion for numbers. He is an accomplished finance broker with over 20 years working in the industry. Grant has significant experience in commercial and business lending as well as home loans. Grant became interested in finance broking whilst working as a Chartered Accountant. As an accountant his days were filled with analysing historical financial records. As a finance broker he helps people plan for and create wealth. Grant understands the questions being asked by small business owners, property investors and professionals. He focuses on what his clients want and delivers a solution. Taking the story and presenting the numbers to any one of the banks, non-banks or private lenders and getting the job done right the first time is his mission. In his spare time Grant enjoys spending time with his family, involving himself in his children's sporting activities, playing golf and supporting the Mighty Richmond Tigers!
Caroline started her career as a teacher. After taking some time off to be with her family, Caroline joined Grant in the business. She began in administration and has now moved into the area of marketing, focusing on the visibility of the business and enhancing our brand with both customers and referral partners. Caroline is also involved in Human Resources, helping the staff to grow and succeed as individuals as well as creating a positive and enjoyable work environment. Together with Grant, she works on the high level planning and future development of the business. Outside of work Caroline enjoys going to gym, walking, entertaining family and friends at home, dining out, travelling and watching her children play sport on the weekends.
Jin completed her bachelors in Economics and Finance, and started in 2014. She proactively deals with many tasks and challenges ranging from client analysis, ongoing negotiations with banks and clients, organising applications from lodgement through to settlement, and the implementation of marketing campaigns. Jin also specialises in car and equipment finance. Jin is a huge believer in building rapport with clients and nurturing ongoing customer relationship. Outside of work, Jin practices yoga on a regular basis, as well as participating in Spin and Pilates classes. Reading is also one of her favourite pastimes, committing to reading 1 book a month.
Kate joined our team in 2015 as our Client Relationship Manager. With an extensive background in customer service she prides herself on delivering an exceptional experience for our clients each and every time. Kate’s role is to manage the loan process from application right through to settlement. She liaises and negotiates with banks and solicitors while also keeping the client informed throughout the entire loan process. Meticulous and thorough in her approach she will ensure you are comprehensively supported every step of the way. Kate is also a level 1 Calisthenics coach, training and competitions keep her busy outside of work but when she does get some down time she loves to cook and spend time with her husband and dog Gypsy.
Courtney Mc Cormack
Courtney has been with Loan Market since 2018. Her role began as an administrative assistant, however, her experience in customer service has helped her thrive and take on new responsibilities. Courtney now assists in many areas of the business including working on loan applications, processing loan variations, arranging interest rate adjustments, communicating with customers and banks, and completing marketing tasks, In her free time Courtney enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, walking her dog and listening to music.
