At Loan Market Select we have a ‘customer for life’ mindset and our clients are treated like family, never ‘just another deal’. From first homes to investment portfolios & complex self-employed scenarios, Damian provides tailored solutions with transparency and precision, whilst also managing and supporting the Loan Market Select team to offer additional services such as personal loans, car loans, business loans, and more. Outside the office, his determination and hard work extends to his local mountain biking segment where he's earned the title of "King" on his self-proclaimed “pretty impressive Strava profile”!

A proud local, Justin spent the first 20 years of his life growing up on the Northern Beaches. After initially starting his studies in accounting, Justin couldn’t pass us up an opportunity in Europe to pursue a professional rugby career. Fourteen years and two countries later, Justin returned to Australia, immediately jumping back into the finance world and now approaching 10 years of experience as a mortgage broker. Justin combines his love of numbers and his highly motivated attitude from his sporting career to help clients of all different needs ‘beat the banks’, with a passion for helping first home buyers and clients wanting to build investment portfolios. On the weekends you will find Justin on the golf course, or down at his local Newport Beach with family and his favourite fluffy child Ginger the Cavoodle.

His background includes a prior career in personal training, as well as extensive experience in the car dealership sector. This diverse expertise allows him to offer tailored, out-of-the-box solutions in both vehicle financing and residential finance. Whether helping clients find the right finance options for their car purchases or guiding them through the complexities of home loans, Randell is committed to ensuring his clients navigate the asset and property market with confidence. When Randell isn’t finding the most competitive deal for you, he’s busy being the office jokester or spending way too much time scrolling on Oz Bargain to find the best deals for himself!

Robert has over 25 years of experience as a CFO leading high-performance finance teams in high-growth public, private and not for profit organisations. Robert embarked on a career change and joined Loan Market Select where his extensive financial management skill set helps home seekers and commercial organisations achieve their goals by providing them with quality lending solutions. On the weekends you can find Robert watching his kids play sports or on the golf course trying to complete his 40 year long quest of achieving a scratch handicap!

Her background in banking has given her a sharp eye for detail and a practical understanding of what lenders look for, allowing her to support clients and brokers with clear, efficient and well-structured loan applications. Mellanie is passionate about helping people move confidently through the lending process and takes pride in making complex credit requirements easier to navigate. Outside of work, you’ll often find Mellanie running, whether she’s training for her next goal or simply enjoying the fresh air. 

With knowledge and experience from 31 years in the finance industry, Sumer offer professional lending solutions for borrowers of all types and levels of complexity. He particularly enjoy working with clients experiencing a challenging home finance scenario and strongly believe that every situation has a home loan solution to suit.

Sally loves to help people through what can be a daunting process of getting a mortgage. Her goal is to ensure that all our customers have a great experience with our team, working with fantastic brokers that care about getting the best deals for their clients, upholding fast turnaround times, and clearly communicating through the whole process. Sally is proud that our service does not stop once settlement is over and we continue to try and keep our customers on the best rates available throughout the term of their loans - every extra dollar in our customer's pocket is a win for us. Sally is the office ‘riddler’ always finding an opportunity to get the team's brains working on a Monday morning with a riddle!

Sandra is a dedicated Client Service Manager with diverse experience in the mortgage industry since 2021. She is committed to providing professional, reliable and attentive support to clients and brokers throughout the home loan process. Sandra works closely with clients from application through to settlement, helping ensure each step is handled efficiently and with care. Her mission is to make every home buying or refinancing journey as seamless and stress-free as possible, while delivering the high level of service clients deserve. Outside of the office, Sandra is dedicated to the gym and marathons (both the running kind and the Netflix kind).

Gina fulfils her role as Client Service Manager by providing exceptional support and guidance to clients throughout their home loan journey, from application through to post-settlement care. She works closely with clients, brokers and lenders to ensure applications progress smoothly, enquiries are handled efficiently and each step of the process feels clear and stress-free. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Gina takes pride in helping clients achieve successful outcomes, whether they are purchasing a home, refinancing or seeking ongoing support after settlement. Her attention to detail, proactive approach and friendly nature make her a valuable part of the team. Outside of work, Gina loves travelling with a carefully planned itinerary, taking photos to document her adventures and proudly embracing her late-bloomer Swiftie era, with Reputation as her favourite Taylor Swift album.

Cecilia is a dedicated Client Service Manager who supports clients throughout the home loan process with care, professionalism and attention to detail. She works closely with clients, brokers and lenders to help ensure each application progresses smoothly and efficiently. With a strong focus on service and communication, Cecilia is committed to making the lending journey as clear, seamless and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, you'll find Cecilia on the pickleball or badminton court. 

Chiara fulfils her role of Client Support and Marketing Specialist by having an adept understanding of client needs, ensuring every interaction is met with satisfaction and ensuring the post-settlement care of our clients. Beyond client support, her implementation of various marketing and social media procedures has ensured that our clients are always in the know with our recent achievements as well as relevant market and finance information. Filming the broker’s video content for our Instagram and Facebook accounts is not only part of her role but also her weekly entertainment!

Kristine is a dedicated Customer Service Specialist with banking experience specialising in home loans for over 10 years. She is committed to providing personalised and exemplary service to serve client's needs. She ensures that every client will receive the best service that they deserve to make their dream of owning property a reality. Kristine is a travel enthusiast and always has a funny or amazing travel story to entertain the team!

Alyssa fulfils her role as Customer Service Specialist by providing reliable and attentive support to clients throughout the post-settlement stage of their lending journey. She ensures every interaction is seamless, handling post-settlement enquiries, coordinating ongoing support and helping clients feel informed and cared for well after their loan has settled. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Alyssa is committed to making the experience as clear, smooth and stress-free as possible. Her organised approach, attention to detail and friendly manner allow her to support both clients and brokers with confidence, ensuring every client receives ongoing guidance when they need it. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys playing pickleball.
