Do you charge a fee for your services?

In almost all scenarios you are not required to pay a fee for our services. Instead, we’re paid a commission by the lender you choose through. Learn more here or get in touch if you have any questions.

What types of loans or clients do you work with the most?

Initially, Bree's customer base was mostly composed of first home buyers & construction loans. However, her reputation has grown over the years, and she now assists customers with a range of financial products, including guarantor options, investment options, and SMSF options. Bree remains committed to providing exceptional service to help her customers achieve their financial goals.

Why should someone choose you rather than going to a bank?

The main reason is that as a mortgage broker I am legally required to work in your best interests and explore a number of options (from different lenders) to find a solution that suits you best. Banks on the other hand are businesses with shareholders, and unfortunately they answer to those shareholders and not the customers. Everything we do is about getting the right outcome for you.  

The other reasons I would say that using a broker is preferable to a bank is choice and also service. We have over 60 lenders on our panel and have access to hundreds of products for all different types of client requirements. If you’ve previously been pushed back on by the bank, we can help find a lender that will say yes.

What support do you offer your clients?

Our team of 8 brokers and 14 support staff are experts in every aspect of the property buying and refinancing process, providing support every step of the way. From determining your borrowing capacity and finding the perfect property, to coordinating with real estate agents and navigating the post-settlement period, we make the loan process simple and easy. But our services go far beyond that, including assistance with conveyancers, insurance, and more. What areas do you service?

Point Cook, Ballarat, Lal Lal, West Melbourne, North Melbourne, Broadmeadows, St Albans, Bendigo and any surrounding suburbs you're looking to purchase or refinance.

Have you always lived in Bendigo?

I was raised in Bendigo and have always had a strong connection to country living. However, in 2010, I decided to make a change and relocated to the western suburbs of Melbourne. During this time, I also spent two years living in British Columbia, Canada, where I had the opportunity to work at various ski resorts and indulge in my passion for travel.

When you’re not working, what do you spend your time doing?

I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, my little pooch Mr. Gus, who is often compared to the very famous Hairy Maclary. I also love spending time outdoors as much as possible in my spare time & exploring new and wonderful places.
